The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective overall operations of a Club/Restaurant on a profitable basis. Responsibilities will include directing, implementing and maitaining a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members. In addition, other responsibilities include:
Direct the activities of the shift supervisor & unit persommel as required; evaluate performance, coordinate scheduling of personnel to provide adequate staffing, instruct employees on policies, procedures, duties and handle disciplinary matters in compliance of progresssive counseling.
Maintain daily restsaurant operations during event days and oversee catering functions, uphold guest service standards. Investigate food quality and service complaints.
Order and maintain all inventories for area. Determine quantities of related products required, purchase products on behalf of the company, following established company guideleines, ensure product quality; control costs.
Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions.
We are seeking
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a high volume restaurant environment, emphasis on fine dining and catering required.
Must possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage procedures, controls and administration as well as complete awareness and ability to perform all foodservice functions.
Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills.
Experience with Quest preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent, preferred.
