Performs a variety of general clerical duties, facilitates communication, expedites interdepartmental services and complies and keeps records required on the nursing unit. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support St. Bernardine Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
- Previous ward clerk experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Successful completion of the CRT class and trouble shooting within first 6 months of employment
- Current California Nurse Aide certificate
