Co-Manager - 146 - South Rochester Rd (Rochester Hills, MI) at DiBellas Old Fashioned Subs

Co-Manager- The Co Manager supports the General Manager with managing the day to day operation, team development, guest services.  They work with the General Manager to maintain the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

              Co-Manager Responsibilities

              -Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment, following company guidelines

              -Ensure fast and accurate service to the customers

              -Weekend Openings

              -Interviewing, hiring and disciplining employees

              -Payroll management

              -Junior management development

              -Inventory Control and Process

Co- Manager Qualifications

              -Must be at least 18 years

              -Must pass a background check

              -Must possess a valid driver’s license

              -Must be available to work a variety of shifts

              -Must have at least one year if restaurant management experience

              -Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must

              -Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting frequently along with lifting up to 50 lbs.

              -Must be able to multi-task in a high energy environment

              -Must have knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
