Commercial HVAC Construction Project Sales

• Build/Maintain relationships with preexisting and target medium and large general contractors and building owners to be considered for medium and large upcoming mechanical (HVAC-plumbing) construction projects.
• Manage entire sales process from lead generation
• Cold-calling medium and large general contractors and businesses to discuss their HVAC needs.
• Assist in development of annual new customer and sales growth plans
• Regularly validate customer and regional market needs
• 3+ years proven sales and business development working for a medium or large commercial mechanical contractor
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC industry
• Proven consistent track-record exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
• Experience using CRM software
• Stable work history
