* Demonstrates proven experience meeting/exceeding deposit and loan growth goals through balancing sales development and client relationship management.
* Performs a variety of sales and service-related activities in order to support business clients with borrowing needs of up to $5 Million and assesses credit risk of clients with up to $25 Million in revenue.
* Leadership skills demonstrated by effectively maintaining strong relationships within the community, partnering with other lines of business, mentoring, and participating in civic and community affairs.
* Maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services available to clients and is capable of executing consultative global discussions centered on cash flow and treasury management to enhance the management of a business.
