interPres Commercial Realty is currently seeking two (2) Associates for its Los Angeles, CA office based in the San Gabriel Valley. The successful candidate will be trained and work directly under the supervision of the company’s senior member to develop a broad based understanding of the IndustrialReal Estate Industry.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Prospecting: Contact and interview prospective clients to solicit company services
Research: Collect & prepare reports on available properties, market/economic trends, etc.
Property Tours: Accompany prospective clients on property tours
Consultation: Provide clients info relating to financing option, environmental, Title, etc.
Contact Management: Enter and maintain client information in company CRM database.
Marketing:Prepare active & passive marketing materials and coordinate distribution
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor Degree (preferably emphasis in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics)
California Real Estate Salesperson’s or Broker’s License
Strong written and oral communication skills
Team oriented with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
Excellent organizational skills, attentive to detail, and the ability to multitask
Intermediate skill set of Microsoft Office Applications
Integrity, strong work ethic, goal oriented, and professional presence
Commission based positions available with 12 month entry draw.
