The Communications Operator Lead will assist the Security Director with leading and directing the work of Communication Operators.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Two (2) years of related experience in the communications field or call center environment required.
Five (5) or more years of experience with demonstrated management/supervisory work preferred.
