Job Summary:Reporting to the Manager of Staffing and Compensation Services, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, design, implementation and administration of the organizations compensation program for the State and Research Foundation employment groups. Will be responsible for handling or assisting with coordination and completion of a high volume and assortment of compensation related requests. Advise on the proper classification of positions, interpretation of job classifications, and the application of compensation policies and procedures. Develop and review job descriptions, applying job evaluation techniques to determine the appropriate job classification.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience, to include a focus on compensation required. Advanced Excel skills required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills. Ability to work with sensitive information in a high volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
