About the Job
Perform operational duties to support the Quality Manager, including development of analytical reports, performing analysis of data and providing administrative and logistical support. Collect and review supporting documentation to ensure that that individuals comply with company policies/procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the department sharerooms and storage locations. Assist with identifying process improvements, and documenting processes and procedures. Assist Quality Manager with external vendor management on quality processes and procedures, compliance, and audit readiness of Scientific Communications owned processes.
Computer skills (MS suite), proficient in MS Excel to include experience with pivot tables and V-Lookups, proficient in Powerpoint. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills and flexibility to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal/no supervision. Ability to learn systems and processes rapidly.
In-depth knowledge of OIG, FDA and other relevant current government, industry, and organizational guidelines preferred. Possess basic knowledge regarding Pharmaceutical Industry Medical information and Quality Management.
