Summary: Supports clients, client services, client gathering, finance and administration, and executive management departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Answers phone calls, e-mails, and faxes
+ Maintains office in professional manner
+ Maintains office files - electronic and hard copy
+ Opens and distributes main, UPS/FedEx
+ Maintains office supplies
+ Maintains office equipment and operations
+ Coordinates janitorial services
+ Responds to clients as directed
+ Assists others as directed
+ Assists with construction project accounting setup
+ Processes certified payroll and lien release documents
+ Data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of experience.
+ Drivers license
+ Transportation
+ Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills including reading, writing, understanding and communicating clearly, effectively and professionally.
+ Works well as a team
+ Self driven
+ Ability to understand and follow directions.
