Established real estate/development company in Horsham is seeking an experienced Construction Controller to lead and oversee the development financial operations for the company.
Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll and cash flow management:
-Develop and maintain the system of internal accounting controls and financial reporting
-Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
-Work-In-Progress reporting & General Ledger
-Produce monthly financial statements
-Coordinate quarterly accounting reviews, annual audits and tax returns
-Maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, etc.
Qualified candidates should possess:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field, CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum five years development, real estate or construction accounting experience.
- Management experience preferred.
- Advanced, thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP and tax accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, policies and financial statements.
