DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Supports thedevelopment and execution of digital advertising activities for hardware andsoftware product launches by routing creative through legal reviews and workingwith the Digital Advertising leads to maintain creative delivery process.
- Participates inideation sessions and provides input to help evaluate and respond to creativereviews
- Provides support to the Manager and Leads:
- Responsible for collecting art assets, style guides, product informationand other materials for creative development and distributes to agency partners.
- Coordinates thedelivery of products for video productions and static creative placements.
- Collaborates withmedia agency to provide all campaign assets for paid media tactics.
- Responsible for delivering assets to other Nintendo regions.
- Provides assistance in securing approval and use of brand assets withdesign, product marketing, NCL and other internal and external teams.
- Responsible for collecting assets and information to develop communication updates on marketing activity for weekly Campaign Planning and Activation Meetings.
- Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Provides back-up/vacationsupport for the Manager and Leads of the Digital Advertising department.
Qualifications
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum one yearof related marketing and/or project management experience
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience indisplay and social paid media preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation
- Ability to manage details, multiple projects, and remain highlyorganized.
- Knowledge ofNintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required
- Undergraduatedegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relatedfield preferred.
- Formal trainingin marketing practices or equivalent preferred
