Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is a $2.2 billion integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees and over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs. The Contracts Coordinator drafts contracts for attorney review and assists in drafting and maintenance of a form bank and template language bank. This individual maintains contracts files and/or contracts databases and communicates directly with operations personnel on questions relating to contract terms, provisions and processes and initiates the signature process on contracts. The Contracts Coordinator provides backup to other Legal Services staff in relation to litigation management and performs other paralegal services as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Graduate from an accredited paralegal program preferred
- 3 years of experience in document administration or preparation.
- 4 years of experience in a law firm or legal department working with insurance or healthcare preferred
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
