RoundsmanCarlouel Beach and Yacht Club has a position available for a full-time roundsman\line cook. This position will assist the banquet chef directly, as well as cover stations on the lunch and dinner hot line. Ideal candidate will be well versed in upscale fine dining kitchens.Hours can vary from 38-50 hours per week depending on business levels. Ideal candidates will possess the following:-Culinary degree highly preferred-Minimum 4 years’ experience on a hot line- 4 years’ experience as banquet cook-Ability to read and understand a BEO- Must be able to handle volume- Experience on sauté, broiler, grill, and salads-Professional appearance and attitude-Flexible scheduleSerious inquires only, MUST SHOW UP FOR INTERVIEW TO GET HIRED
