- Follows appropriate menu, production, and delivery schedules when preparing food.
- Analyzes product during cooking, tastes product and adjusts for taste satisfaction of patients and customers
- Keeps assigned work area, tools and equipment clean according to master cleaning schedule.
- Prepares meals for patients who meet their individual needs, by diet modification and preference.
- Follows all sanitation and safety policies and procedures for food storage, preparation, services.
- Takes food and equipment temperatures as required and takes action when temperatures are out of range
