Culinary Degree - Preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years - High Volume Hotel, Restaurant or Club cooking experience

The Lead Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests. They support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food and plate presentations. Maintains clean, sanitary and safe work environment. Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef’s with any task requested.
