Manager of Corporate Compliance
Legacy Health has a newly created role for an experienced Manager of Corporate Compliance. The Manager of Corporate Compliancereports directly to the VP, Chief Compliance Officer. The Manager of Corporate Compliance is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations and acts as a resource and representative when compliance issues arise. The Manager of Corporate Compliance is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of relevant state and federal laws & regulations and acts as an expert resource and representative when compliance issues arise. Coordinates system-wide compliance efforts among departments with specific areas of substantive compliance responsibility; chairs Legacy’s Compliance Committee monthly meeting; monitors Legacy’s compliance program; works with Legacy’s Compliance Team and Compliance Committee to implement policies and responses to compliance issues and consults with program staff to ensure LHS compliance plan is followed.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulations. Working knowledge of management of an effective compliance program, including training, monitoring, and conducting and documenting investigations, addressing violations, and monitoring corrective action. Highly developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present to various levels within the organization. Strong interdepartmental collaboration skills; willingness to engage across teams and demonstrates the ability to lead indirectly through influence. Leadership skills necessary to promote a compliance oriented culture within the organization. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects and a variety of complicated tasks at the same time.
