JOB SUMMARYThe Corporate Concierge Account Coordinator is responsible for providing concierge services to identified employees participating in physical programs such as the Be Well at Shell Premier Prevention exam. These duties include performing confirmation, appointment preparation duties and on-site concierge services as outlined in the procedures for these types of programs. This position is expected to rotate to multiple locations and the assigned home-base could be any of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations including the administrative business center in Pearland. This position is additionally responsible for the appointment booking, database management and overall maintenance of the premier program accounts. The Corporate Concierge Account Coordinator will also regularly liaison with clinic operations to ensure all corporate protocols are in the system, by patient, and are followed as per company specifications.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A.High School diploma or GED from an accredited program. Minimum 30 hours college credit preferably with a focus on healthcare administration, marketing/sales, or business.
60 college hours in a business, sales/marketing or healthcare administration major.
3 years’ experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or direct sales. Database management experience.Knowledge of insurance, billing and collection concepts and theory.
5 years’ experience in marketing, telemarketing and sales. Previous experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in occupational medicine. Previous experience servicing business related accounts.
Knowledge of health insurance. Knowledge of MS Office Products. Ability to utilize the internet.
Bilingual, English and Spanish
10 Key by touch. Type 30 WPM. Basic math ability
