San Francisco office of our client seeks corporate immigration attorney with 3+ years of experience handling a full range of immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters. The candidate will be reviewing and processing incoming documents for corporate clients. Will be conducting immigration assessments. Writing and editing documents for USCIS, DOL and DOS. Managing co-workers such as Paralegal staff and Legal Assistants. Analyzing, evaluating and clearly presenting written information and findings. Participating in client presentations. Prioritizing, managing, and implementing multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Corresponding with clients and third-party vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Understanding and supporting Pearl Law Group's mission and overarching business goals. Maintaining own valid license to practice Law in the United States. A current license to practice Law in the United States is essential. Experience with effectively handling PERM cases through to completion is needed. Should have 1+ year of experiencing supervising and managing paralegal staff who are working across multiple immigration accounts.
