Preferred location is Boca Raton, FL (90% work from home/remote) OR onsite at our Milwaukee HQ.
Open to remote: Nationwide candidates will be considered, must be fast paced, self- motivated and highly organized with history of working from home.
- 2 + years of Nationwide experience with professional/exempt level (salaried) Commercial Sales (non-residential) for: Commercial HVAC, Construction, Fire prevention & Fire Sprinkler, Commercial Security Systems, Performance Infrastructure, Buildings Control Systems.
- Experience sourcing recruiting for: Commercial Account Executive, Field Service Rep, Sprinkler Systems Service Rep, Sales Service Representative, Sales Service Representative, Controls System Specialist, Controls Systems Engineer, Sales Leaders, Installation Managers.
- Highly organized, structured and detailed oriented.
- Full understanding of Sourcing and Recruitment process
- Experience working with ATS such as Taleo and CRM such as Avature
- Excellent phone skills with track record of quality and highly detailed phone screening notes.
- Creates enticing candidate write-ups for Hiring Managers to review.
Must be expert at Candidate Sourcing & Boolean Search:
• LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder
• Diversity Searches
• Pipelining, Projects, Research
Client Management and Administrative experience:
- Ability to set-up and participate in several phone and Skype meetings a week including, intake (kick-off) calls with Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
- Expert at recruitment of passive candidates (someone that just wants to pull candidates from an ATS will not work out)
- Ability to delivering a best in class candidate experience
- Hunter finding and sourcing passive candidates
- Sourcing, screening and delivering candidates daily
- Tracking status in Excel Sharepoint weekly, providing updates during team calls and meetings.
- This person be responsible for managing the relationship with 1 or more recruitment teams.
