General Summary of Position:
The Corporate Sales Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for Granite.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit sales professionals for regional offices.
Execute full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation process
Utilize online social media and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates
Develop strong internal relationships with hiring managers
Must have a go-getter mentality, with a professional, positive, energetic attitude and a desire to go above and beyond recruiting goals.
Building business partnerships with local college and universities sales programs.
Ensures accurate candidate data management using Taleo ATS
Report weekly metrics and progress results using data
- An experienced recruiter with 3 or more years Corporate Recruiting experience handling various positions at the same time
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers and all levels
- Knowledge of compliance required for hiring practices
- Experience with Taleo ATS is strongly preferred
- Experience with various job boards and social networking sites
- Sales recruiting is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
