IBM's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) manages global staffing Delivery and large recruitment campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. The Creative Director is responsible for the overall management of an assigned group/client for a specific outsourcing engagement within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) group. This role drives strategic planning and leadership and has on-going interaction and communication with key client stakeholders. The Creative Director role also provides tactical leadership, management and mentorship for the client partnership and the entire staff across the program. This role works closely with the other management staff to ensure extreme service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Manage a creative team of graphic designers, copywriters, digital strategists, account and project managers, interactive team and web developers. • Be able to translate organizational research into creative concept development for Employee Value Propositions, recruitment advertising, career site development, social and digital media strategy, and other talent attraction strategies and deliverables. • Oversee and approve creative deliverables to ensure execution is based on sound strategy. • Generate and explore different, creative, imaginative or unique approaches; challenge conventional practices; think outside the box—bring innovation to life by design. • Demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines and project parameters • Serve as escalation point for external customers and demonstrates the ability to manage expectations with customers to resolve conflict. • Participate as needed on new business opportunities to provide expertise and facilitate services of Employment Branding team. • Promote Employment Branding solution offering cross-functionally and serve as advocate within the organization. • Work closely with business development function to ensure client projects are appropriately scoped. • Leads creative presentations to internal and external clients. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** • At least 5 years of experience leading creative teams • At least 5 years of experience overseeing print, web, digital, and social • At least 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing • High School Diploma • 20% Travel Annually • Fluency in English **Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise** • BA/BS degree in related field • At least 3 years experience in Mac computers and applicable graphic design software **About Business Unit** IBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
