DebonAir Mechanical is currently seeking a CRM Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be based in our main office in Miami Lakes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Sales/Marketing Director and the Sales team. Some duties include typing, filing, scheduling, coordinating meetings and conferences and working on special projects. This individual will deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. In this position, independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload Required Skills/Abilities: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ? Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing ? Ability to work independently Education and Experience: ? Associate?s degree required; Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
