Under the responsibility of the Construction Technology Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the capabilities of the customer relationship management (CRM) tool as well as assuming certain sales/marketing team support activities as part of the company's sales/marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:Act as main point of contact for Dynamics for key stakeholders and CRM Coordinators to ensure platform and associated databases are maintained and aligned to support company/division initiatives.
Update and maintain profiles, permissions, and security.
Act as a resource person, the subject matter expert
Provide functional support to sales and marketing users
Define and assume responsibility for development needs in order to evolve the
features of the tool to meet or exceed business objectives for Dynamics.
Play an advisory role with internal users in the use and interpretation of customer information
Establish training for the use of CRM for users/coordinators to utilize
Ensure proper integration of the ERP and PM platforms (Viewpoint and Procore) with the CRM
Clean up the database and perform optimal management of the CRM according to best practices
Make rapid, low hanging fruit tweaks to improve user experience and usefulness for users, based on support requests from users/CRM coordinators.
Be the guarantor of the proper technical functioning of CRM
Review and Perform updates on the software
Work with the technology team Business Intelligence reports/dashboards
Play a strategic consulting role during the planning of various marketing campaigns both at the level of targeting as well as that of business intelligence
Work with CRMC (CRM Coordinators) to insure proper communication of new features and customizations and training.
Work with the business unit ownership to develop, document, optimize and ensure an understanding of the sales process automation
Document management of sales tools (SharePoint)
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or marketing/commerce, specialization in business intelligence
Three to Five years of experience in business intelligence and CRM databases use;
Advanced knowledge of Dynamics
Ongoing development of aptitudes for analysis, data interpretation and synthesis;
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, both orally and in writing
Possession of an excellent understanding of a company's operational and business processes
Demonstrated autonomy and initiative
Organized and a good team player
