SUMMARY: Processes all cash transactions while providing Spectacular Customer Service. Performs duties in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and policies and procedures.
DUTIES: Performs all duties within the rules and regulations of Cage Slots Operations consistent with employee handbook. Receives and exchanges cash, checks, gift certificates, gaming chips, slot tickets, and other vouchers from guests. Maintains physical custody of the Cashier's inventory of currency, coins, tokens, forms, documents and records transactions accurately at a cashier station or working on the gaming floor. Handles fill and credit transactions. Processes cash advances and check cashing. Maintains payroll check cashing registry. Performs all duties in accordance with our spectacular customer service standards. Responsible for signing in and out necessary keys for assigned shift. Performs basic troubleshooting on Player Terminals when rotated to floor. Cashes out jackpots under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/Cashier. Effectively, efficiently and professionally communicates with coworkers using electronic media
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Required. Cash handling experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years large volume cash handling experience is preferred, coupled with a fast-paced business environment.
