Produces computerized tomographic scanner radio-graphs of designated anatomical areas in accordance with established practices and procedures. Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures and addresses patient concerns. Performs all ultrasound techniques and examinations, abdominal scans, retro-peritoneal scans, obstetric and gynecological scans, radiation therapy localization for treatment planning and minor surgical procedures.
- One year experience as staff radiology technologist. Experience in CT preferred
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
- BLS required.
