Customer Care Administrator
- The role is typically an 8-5, M-F.
- Very little weekend work would ever be required and there is occasional evening work.
- Overtime is sometimes required.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Prior customer facing skills are strongly desired.
- Need someone detailed oriented with a friendly personality.
- Target Admin Assistants, Care Analyst, etc.
- Must be comfortable interacting with people.
- Scheduling catering, ordering refreshment
- Ordering and stocking supplies
- Greeting customers
- Scheduling meetings, meeting room preparation/cleanup, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Administrative duties.
