CUSTOMER CARE ADVOCATES
Your responsibilities will include resolving billing and technical issues as well as
inbound sales calls, help retain customers, upsell services,
and increase customer satisfaction.
$12-$14hr based on experience + commission and incentives
Work schedules available include afternoon and evening hours and weekends
Paid training is provided - Minimum of one year customer service
experience or technical experience
Must possess a high school diploma or GED - Ability to solve complex
issues is necessary
