Temporary Customer Service Representatives at our Corporate Office in NE Portland

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join us at our corporate office!
•Our corporate office and customer service center is located at 608 NE 19th Ave in Portland and is open from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. 7 days a week.
•We are offering flexible part-time and full-time shifts. The season will go through January 2020.
•Schedules will be 20+ hours per week, with an emphasis on early morning shifts. One weekend day required.

We are looking for associates to join us who have previous customer service experience, an inbound call center or retail store environment. Our associates provide professional, individualized sales and post-order service to our customers. Excellent interpersonal skills needed, with the ability to use a keyboard and listen and enter data simultaneously.
Microsoft program based experience preferred.
