Customer Care Specialist - Home Care Billing
SUMMARY:The Customer Care Specialist processes Home Care orders, as well as manages special needs in regard to equipment and supplies, as they arise. Receives and acts on incoming calls regarding queries or requests for enteral, respiratory, and other supply service requests. Obtains required prescriptions and authorizations from patient's doctor and insurance for supplies and equipment required, and fills monthly supply orders as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Completion of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. Must have one year of related experience. Preference will given to candidates with 2 years or more of related experience.
