The FCA Quality organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Quality Advocate to join the Quality team at the FCA Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Quality Advocate is the voice of the customer using warranty information, parts return information and customer surveys to identify actionable issues. This position is responsible for finding issues fast and developing a well-founded problem statement to minimize the time required to triage and resolve customer concerns. We are currently seeking a candidate to support our powertrain controls and electrical area of expertise.
