Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for a long term career not just a job. This position offers career advancement by cross training on multiple business lines and call types. Prior customer service experience (Call Center is NOT required)
Prior call center experience is a plus

Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer services/products/accounts.
Answer billing inquiries and process payments.

Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs.
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and navigating multiple screens.
Must be able to type 25 WPM
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test & criminal background check
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience in a retail, food and beverage, Call Center or Collections environment, etc.
