Customer Service Representatives in Ebensburg, PA location.

Now hiring several Customer Service Representatives to work in our call center addressing the needs and service members who sacrificed so much for us!!!
These positions are Monday through Friday, second shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) starting at $13.75 / hour. No weekends !!
Paid on the job training is provided.
The Behavioral Health Veteran Representative serves by assisting Veterans and their household members or caregivers with questions and referrals related to medical services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Answer incoming calls from Veterans and household members to explain program offerings, eligibility and/or provide health referrals and authorizations
Act as an initial contact for FAQs, provide referral guidance and appointing process
Input accurate information and call tracking for each inbound or outbound call in appropriate contract-dictated case management systems
Conduct follow-up and customer satisfaction surveys on cases as needed / directed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service skills as well as a strong desire to assist Military Service Members and Veterans
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and friendly demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Amiable personality with team player attitude
Call center experience is helpful but not required.
