You are helping to save lives for a living! You are passionate about helping others, comfortable with change, have theability to identify problems and provide solutions. You multitask acrosssystems and applications, analyze and resolve technical issues, and comfortablynavigate customer problems over the phone. You’re not only here to answercustomer questions, help fix technical issues, but to also provide anincredible customer experience!
As our customers’ firstpoint of contact, you will be the friendly voice of ADT, providing an excellentcustomer experience by trouble shooting their problems and providing technicalsupport. We will rely on you to listen to our customers and use yourdeductive reasoning skills, technical expertise, creativity and passion forhelping to meet their needs – and remind them that behind our great productsare customer centric, accountable and collaborative team members willing toserve them.
What you bring to the table:
·HighSchool diploma or equivalent required
·1year + experience in customer service (preferably in call center)
·Abilityto adapt to accelerating changes
·Abilityto multitask (type while talking) (maneuver multiple computer programs)
·Examplesof times where you exceeded performance expectations
·Abilityto take and compete online assessment
·Reliabletransportation (not on a bus line)
·Abilityto complete drug test
·Abilityto complete background check
