This position is responsible for assessing, auditing and training customer service representatives at all HCHN sites. This position will troubleshoot and analyze patient registration errors.

Two (2) years clerical experience
Knowledge of patient registration and insurance verification
Must be highly skilled at using a computer system
Some college coursework
One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
