Amesbury client looking to add a Representative to their Customer Service Center team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and clients calling in to the office. Call volume is roughly 40-50 calls per day.
Duties to include:
Answering inbound calls, taking appropriate actions per call and recommending products or solutions that suit the customer needs
Research and understand solutions
Maintaining a high level of professionalism to all customers
Strong phone etiquette
Be dependable, friendly and patient
Prior customer service/office experience is a plus!
