Our client is looking for someone to join the team in their Internet/Telephone Audits department.
You will wear a few different hats; writing reports, communication with clients/customers over the phone. Will need to navigate through the computer programs they have. Some proprietary, but they will train on that. Otherwise, will be use all Microsoft Suite programs.
These positions are open because the department is growing fast and also have people in the role through competition right now that are not performing. They need people that are going to hustle and do things correctly.
-Customer service, phone calls, writing reports, good on computer- using unique programs, outlook, word, excel, PDF programs.
This is a 39.25 hour schedule.
Mon-Thur; 8:00am-4:30pm & Fri; 8:00am-3:45PM with a half hour lunch each day.
TOP 3 MUST HAVES:
1. Someone who has worked with numbers- more than just call center experience.
2. Well written resumes, punctuation's, spelling etc.
3. 2-3 year's experience in the above.
