3 years’ experience in Dental Assisting OR 3-4 years in Customer Service / Healthcare required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to listen, answer questions, problem solve, and build rapport with our members
Tech savvy with Computer Systems (MS Office) and Solid typing skills (50 wpm)
Warm, pleasant and enthusiastic phone demeanor
Ability to multi-task and answer a high volume of calls (no sales!)
Ability to follow guidelines (HIPAA, etc.)
* Preferred, but not required:
Call center or related background
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required. Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic preferred.
