Customer Service Representative - Edgewood, MD
Must have experience in a Manufacturing environment!
We prefer candidates with at least an associate’s degree and with at least 3 years of customer service experience. Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment would be a plus.
· Responsible for all aspects of customer service ranging from being the primary customer purchase order life-cycle.
· Assist sales managers by monitoring, following up and proactively resolving inquiries, change and/or complaints.
