JOB OVERVIEW

• The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.
• Answers incoming requests via telephone, Internet, and/or correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizenship required
• Call Center experience.
• HR experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Rate: $17/hour on W2
