Pay rate: $18/hr
4+ month contract
Assist with overall support of Region Sales Team (or specific customer team) with customer inquiries, and order data entry.
Skill/Experience/EducationPerform various data entry, such as entering customer sales orders, customer pricing, and/or promotional deals. • Research and respond to customer issues as needed. • Work closely with Quality Control, Transportation, Accounting and Purchasing to ensure customer satisfaction on all levels. • Answer and handle or route incoming calls. • Assist in cold calling with new potential customers. • Assist in calling accounts for order placements. • Assist with daily office functions: sorting, filing, copying, mass mailings, phones, mail distribution, etc. • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Albert's Recall Plan. • Perform all duties and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. • Performs other job duties as required.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year experience in an office, administrative and/or sales setting.
KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel required
Desired SKILLS/ABILITIES: English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
