Performs varying degrees of clerical functions, from intermediate to fairly sophisticated, which require typing skills and the use of office equipment, personal computers, and business software systems. Customer interaction requires extensive use of customer service skills and a significant degree of decision-making authority. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field from an accredited school and 6+ years of related technical experiences or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Five years of database administration experience managing Oracle Enterprise Edition databases on a Unix platform. Minimum 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration experience. Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server experience can be served in same time frame).
