RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive and input production orders
- Answer inbound customer calls, and make some outbound customer calls
- Manage orders from scheduling through shipment
- Provide order status reports to customers, and confirm/make amendments as needed
- Issue sample and design requests
- Follow up on resolution for any customer complaints
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Degreed candidates strongly preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and personable
- Strong data entry skills
- Great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work within windows programs
