Customer Service Representative
The pay is $11.00 per hour or $12.00 per hour if you are fluent in Spanish.
About the Opportunity:
Answering inbound calls and processing orders in a very fast-paced, call center environment for a large holding company who produces and bundles items for secure packages.
• Answering inbound calls to process customer orders
• Assist customer with selection of products
• Enter and update information in database
• Must be able to pass a credit check, criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
• Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport
• Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Proficient computer skills required
• Prefer previous call center or customer service experience
• Qualified candidates should have a High School diploma or GED.
