Customer service representatives will be responsible for fielding around 75 incoming calls on a daily basis. They will be setting up travel schedules for medicaid and medicare patients that aren't able to provide transportation to and from healthcare services as well as calls pertaining to eligibility of service.
4 weeks of training with one of the leads. It is very interactive and live training. Employees are expected to have effective communication skills and willing to receive/give feedback while taking good notes.
Training will be 8:00am-4:30pm. After that they will be assigned a 9:30am-6:00pm shift and NO asking to change shifts.
