Answers all phone calls coming into the laboratory. Gives test information and test results. Responds to questions on testing or specimen requirements. Troubleshoots/ resolves client problems and concerns. Supports the front desk reception area. Collects DOT and NON- DOT urine screens. Performs various clerical duties as needed. Typing at least 45 WPM and excellent telephone and customer service skills required. Some college level science courses and a minimum of six months in a medical setting preferred. Should be able to perform effectively under a high degree of pressure and stress due to workload and customer interaction.
