We are searching for a Customer Services Ambassador to perform a variety of duties in support of the Food & Nutrition Department, including ensuring customer and patient satisfaction, obtaining patient meal selections as close to mealtime as possible, performing data entry of patient food preferences and allergies into the Patient Services Software Platform, screening patients for nutritional risk, following cash-handling practices/procedures, setting up cafeteria stations, etc.. As directed, work retail assignments to meet the needs of cafeteria customers, including use of the retail sales system.
- Hours: 24hrs
- Shift: 6:00am-7:30pm
- Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training or the equivalent knowledge or experience required.
- Minimum of one-year food service experience required.
