Customer Services Sales Specialist - Remote at Malvern Panalytical, Inc.

In this role you will become an expert in all aftersales activities. You will be expected to enhance customer support and product sales in the NORAM territories through a proactive integration of your account management expertise into the daily customer support activities of the customer base. You will have to support all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail or other means of communication for the NORAM territories.
What are your challenges?
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level possible, by responding to customer inquiries, needs and/or requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide support for field personnel and customer sales requests.
• Work closely with the supply center(s) support teams to ensure all requests are resolved in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Participate in regional aftersales training sessions for field personnel in the excellence centers as needed/requested.
• Actively participate in marketing and cross-selling activities through the business, touching multiple departments to ensure Malvern Panalytical is continually support the aftersales market demands.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
• Effective and professional communication
• Ability to effectively manage all customer inquiries and requests
• Interpret technically driven requests from customers regarding coverage and SLA demands in relation to their configurations.
• Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other knowledge/experience.
• Strong account management and relationship technical credentials
• Ability to travel (10%)
Great to have?
• Bachelor’s degree with experience, or Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience in field service sales or aftersales knowledge
• Experience working with analytical instrumentation or similar equipment
