The Customer Solutions Senior Analyst provides analytical support to the Customer Solutions department as well as the Sales Logistics organization. Works with the Customer Solutions teams located in Warsaw, Indiana to proactively resolve supply chain issues and encourage best practices. This role will develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality via a variety of systems and platforms. Develop and present visual analytics for both Zimmer Biomet entities and 3rd party distributors as a means of communication and a platform to drive process improvement actions. Provide analytical support for special projects such as supply chain transformation activities, new product rollouts, product rationalization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Provide analytical support to the Customer Solutions teams and Sales Logistics organization.
•Extract, transform, and present visual analytics using Tableau, Postgres, and Excel.
•Responsible for working with all Zimmer Biomet entities including 3rd party distributors.
•Report and Communicate KPI’s to Sales Logistics teams.
•Support activity related to Freight Management.
•Develop and enhance automation activities and lead process improvements.
•Combine data across multiple MRP systems

•Ability to lead meetings and drive process improvements to completion.
•Ability to handle high work load and drive department metrics.
•Experience with PostgreSQL and Tableau required.
•Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or Finance) is required, 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
•Experience in logistics, supply chain, technical field and/or customer service preferred.
