As a Customer Service Help Desk representative you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to receive inbound calls from consumers and assist them with resolving general questions they may have regarding their accounts.

• Answering calls from customers looking for assistance with their account
• Responding promptly to customer needs. Asking for the customers feedback to improve service.
•Follow prescribed escalation policies to ensure customer issues are resolved within the appropriate time frames.
